📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard: 3–5 business days

• Expedited: 1–2 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

🌍 International Shipping

We offer international delivery to select countries.
Shipping times vary by destination (7–21 business days).
All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of shipment to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

📩 Return Process

1. Email support@mydailypick.shop with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send you a prepaid return label.

3. Return the item to our warehouse within 7 days.

4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
Please return the original item for a refund, and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
