We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we provide a straightforward return and refund process.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
Items must be unused or lightly used (less than 50% of the contents consumed).
Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for return.

Include your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
Return Shipping
If returning due to a change of mind or no longer needing the item, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error, a defective product, or damage during shipping, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup at no cost.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it within 3 business days and notify you about approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Partial refunds may apply if the returned item is missing parts or accessories.
Original shipping fees and any duties or taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days. Include photos and a description in your email to support@mydailypick.shop.
We will send you a replacement or full refund at no cost. Defective items do not need to be returned unless requested.
If the wrong product was shipped, we will correct the order immediately.
Exceptions
Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Products with more than 50% usage cannot be returned.
Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or improper storage are not eligible.
Products marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable.
