You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond 30 days.

Items must be in new or unused condition. Light usage (less than 50% of contents used) is acceptable. -
Original Packaging
Please return the item with all original boxes, inserts, and protective materials to ensure safe transit. -
Proof of Purchase
Provide your order number, receipt, or confirmation email when requesting a return. -
Proper Use & Handling
Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for return.

📮 Return Authorization
We will respond within 1–2 business days with an RMA number and detailed return instructions.
🚚 Packaging & Shipping
Pack the item securely in its original or equivalent packaging. Include the RMA number and proof of purchase.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
📩 Optional: Tracking Notification
You may email us the tracking number to help expedite processing once your return is in transit.

Customer-Paid Returns
If you're returning an item due to a change of mind or you no longer need it, return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. No restocking fee. -
Store-Covered Returns
If the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product, we will provide a prepaid label or arrange pickup — at no cost to you.

For opened or potentially hazardous chemical products, please follow our special safety guidelines.
