We’re committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process to make things right.


🗓 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond 30 days.


✅ Return Eligibility

  • Unused or Lightly Used
    Items must be in new or unused condition. Light usage (less than 50% of contents used) is acceptable.

  • Original Packaging
    Please return the item with all original boxes, inserts, and protective materials to ensure safe transit.

  • Proof of Purchase
    Provide your order number, receipt, or confirmation email when requesting a return.

  • Proper Use & Handling
    Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for return.


📦 How to Start a Return

Within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team:

Include your order number, item details, and the reason for return.


📮 Return Authorization

We will respond within 1–2 business days with an RMA number and detailed return instructions.


🚚 Packaging & Shipping

Pack the item securely in its original or equivalent packaging. Include the RMA number and proof of purchase.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.


📩 Optional: Tracking Notification

You may email us the tracking number to help expedite processing once your return is in transit.


🚚 Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer-Paid Returns
    If you're returning an item due to a change of mind or you no longer need it, return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. No restocking fee.

  • Store-Covered Returns
    If the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product, we will provide a prepaid label or arrange pickup — at no cost to you.


⚠️ Chemical Safety

For opened or potentially hazardous chemical products, please follow our special safety guidelines.
Contact us before shipping back any opened bottles.


💰 Refunds

  • Inspection & Notification
    Within 3 business days of receiving your return, we will inspect the item and email you with approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Refund Timing
    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

  • Partial Refunds
    If the returned item is missing components (e.g. accessories), we may issue a partial refund based on what's received.

  • Non-Refundable Fees
    Original shipping charges and any duties/taxes are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report Within 7 Days
    Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.

  • Our Solution
    We’ll send you a free replacement or full refund — your choice. No need to return defective items unless we request it.

  • Wrong Item Shipped
    If you received the wrong product, we’ll send the correct one right away at no extra cost.


❌ Exceptions & Final Sale Items

  • Beyond 30 Days
    Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day return period.

  • Heavily Used Products
    Items with more than 50% usage are not eligible for return.

  • Misuse or Negligence
    Damage caused by improper use or storage voids eligibility for return.

  • Final Sale Items
    Products marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable.
